What we collect

Business contact information you provide — your name, email, phone number and business name — and the access you grant to your public Google Business Profile. We do not collect or store patient or customer health information of any kind.

How we use it

To provide and bill the service, and to communicate with you about it. We do not use it for anything else.

Cold email

If you received an unsolicited email from us, it was sent because your business information is publicly listed. Every email includes a clear opt-out. Reply "no" and we remove you from our list and will not contact you again.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We use PayPal for billing, Google's platform to deliver the service, and Netlify to host this website; each has its own privacy terms.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing maria@getfivestardesk.com. We respond within one business day.
