Terms of Service

1. Service

FiveStarDesk ("we", "us") provides online review management for your business, including: monitoring your Google Business Profile, drafting and posting replies to reviews on your behalf as an authorized Manager, providing a system for requesting reviews from your customers, and a monthly report.

2. Access

You grant us Manager access to your Google Business Profile. You keep full ownership and control and may revoke access at any time. We never access your password and never access customer or patient records.

3. Free trial

Your first 7 days are free. To start the trial you provide a payment method and complete onboarding. We do not charge you during the trial.

What is included in the trial: your 10 most recent unanswered reviews, every 1–2 star review from the last 90 days, and any new reviews that arrive during those 7 days.

What is not included in the trial: clearing your full review backlog. Older unanswered reviews beyond the scope above are handled starting from your first paid month.

4. Billing after the trial

On day 7 your plan begins at $249/month, or $149/month if you were offered and accepted the founding rate. It is billed monthly in advance via PayPal and renews automatically each month until you cancel. We email you on day 6, before the first charge, so the start of billing is never a surprise.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, including during the trial, at no cost and without giving a reason. You can cancel either (a) directly from your PayPal account, or (b) by emailing maria@getfivestardesk.com. If you email us, we will process the cancellation within one business day and confirm in writing. If you cancel during the 7-day trial you are never charged. After billing has started, cancellation stops the next billing cycle; we do not pro-rate partial months.

6. What we do not do

We do not guarantee any specific rating, ranking, number of reviews, or business outcome. We do not write fake reviews, and we cannot remove legitimate reviews — no one can. We do not solicit reviews selectively from only satisfied customers; this violates Google's policy and the penalty lands on your profile. Review requests go to all customers equally.

7. Scope

The plan covers Google Business Profile reviews only. It does not include Yelp, Facebook or other platforms; posts, photos or Q&A on your Google Business Profile; social media management; responding to customer messages; SEO, website work or paid advertising. Additional services can be quoted separately.

8. Your responsibilities

You confirm you are authorized to grant us access to your business profile and that the voice and brand guidance you provide is accurate. You are responsible for the underlying quality of your service; we manage reputation, not operations.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for actions taken by Google, by third parties, or for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may end the service with 30 days notice, or immediately if you ask us to post false, misleading, or policy-violating content.
